Seeking a motivated and experienced window & door installer to lead a full-time, year-round crew. Work for the only window and door manufacturer in Coastal Virginia. Independently owned and operated since 2001. A rewarding, team-based environment with opportunities to grow.
Supervise crew members and work alongside them to install residential replacement and new construction vinyl windows and exterior doors. Transport tools, materials, and parts to the job site. Perform QC for product in-field, ensure materials are staged per specifications. Maintain a safe job site at all times. Build rapport and communicate professionally and effectively with clients and crew. Maintain high standards for quality and accuracy. Set priorities, meet objectives, and lead with integrity.
Full time, M-F work schedule, competitive hourly rate plus overtime, paid holidays and vacation, health care plan with company contributions.
Required:
- Experience leading a crew
- Experience installing replacement windows and doors, using a metal brake, installing interior trim and clean caulking
- Experience with measuring, carpentry, hand and power tools, ladder work
- Good driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Good criminal background check
- Good manners with clients and team
- Ability to lift and transport at least 75 pounds
- Authorization to work in the United States
